What we collect
When you submit a form on this site (waitlist, contact, or licensing inquiry), we collect the information you provide: your email address, name, and any message or details you include. This data is stored in MailerLite for email communication and is never sold to third parties.
Analytics
We use PostHog for privacy-friendly analytics. Our implementation is cookieless. No cookies are set, no data is persisted in your browser between sessions, and we do not track you across other websites. We collect aggregate usage data (page views, scroll depth, link clicks) to understand how the site is used. PostHog data is hosted in the US.
CLI telemetry
The Phantom install script sends anonymous install events (started, completed, failed) with your OS and architecture. No personally identifiable information is collected. This telemetry helps us understand which platforms to support.
If you sign up for the waitlist, we will email you when Phantom Studio is ready. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email. Contact and licensing inquiries receive a confirmation reply and are handled by a human.
