You point Phantom at your stems. It runs 19 analysis tools, flags what's wrong (phase, masking, mud, hum, sibilance, loudness), and writes the corrections directly into your REAPER session. No copying numbers between windows.
Most of this stuff is tedious to track down manually. Is that low-end rumble a 60 Hz hum or just the bass guitar? Are the vocals and guitars fighting at 3 kHz? Phantom answers those questions with numbers instead of guesswork.
Everything it does shows up in your DAW as normal EQ, compression, and send changes. You can tweak any of it, undo it, or ignore it entirely. Nothing hidden.
